Set by the canal, Crown Wharf is a pub for everyone , from cosy corners and lively bar spaces to a large waterside terrace. Upstairs, The Boardroom is free to hire for gatherings and celebrations.

Tucked upstairs at Crown Wharf, The Boardroom is our private space for gatherings, meetings, and celebrations , and there’s no hire fees.
It’s the perfect spot for birthdays, work get-togethers, Sunday lunches, or a proper pint in good company. With Joule’s beer on tap, Château Bessan wine behind the bar, and food from our kitchen downstairs, everything you need is right here.
The Theatre at Crown Wharf
Right next door to the Taphouse, The Crown Wharf Theatre is a community-led venue built with the same spirit as the pub, local, welcoming, and full of life.
Run entirely by volunteers, and Proudly supported by Joule’s Brewery the theatre hosts a packed calendar of plays, live music, comedy, and community events throughout the year. It’s the perfect partner to the Taphouse, enjoy a pre-show meal or drink, then take your seat just a few steps away.
